With 20 years of entrepreneurial experience across several continents, Raoua has turned geographic mobility into a strategic strength. Immersion in very different cultures and markets has given her a rare understanding of buyer psychology from country to country—a decisive asset in international business strategy.

Her career spans construction, beauty, fashion, hairdressing and hospitality. After roles in recruitment, property management and retail management, she opened her own clothing store before specializing in turning around distressed businesses—a demanding discipline requiring vision, composure and practical judgment.

A mother and entrepreneur at heart, she resolutely balances personal and professional responsibilities. That energy led her to co-found Mijay and develop sourcing activities in Brazil and Korea.

Born and raised in China with a degree in English, Millo brings 15 years of practical expertise in the Chinese market. After teaching and running a studio and flower shop in Guangzhou, she found her calling in sourcing and commercial translation.

A meticulous professional buyer, she personally checks each product, inspects manufacturing conditions, reviews packaging and supervises shipping. Nothing is left to chance.

Specializing in industrial machinery and automotive parts, she has a rare ability to identify the right suppliers and actively protect client interests. Her on-the-ground knowledge of Guangzhou is an invaluable competitive advantage for Mijay.
