With 20 years of entrepreneurial experience across several continents, Raoua turned geographic mobility into a real strategic advantage. By immersing herself in radically different cultures and markets, she developed a rare understanding of buyer psychology across countries—a decisive asset for any international business strategy.

Her background spans a remarkably wide spectrum: construction, beauty, ready-to-wear, hairdressing, catering. From placement director to property manager and store director, she then opened her own clothing boutique before specializing in turning around struggling businesses—an demanding discipline that requires vision, composure, and field sense.

A mother and entrepreneur at heart, she balances her personal and professional responsibilities with determination. That energy led her to co-found Mijay and develop sourcing activities in Brazil and Korea.

Born and raised in China and trained in English, Millo embodies 15 years of field expertise in the inner workings of the Chinese market. After teaching and an entrepreneurial venture in Guangzhou—a studio and a florist—she found her path in sourcing and business translation.

A meticulous professional buyer, she personally checks every product, inspects manufacturing conditions, analyzes packaging, and oversees shipping. Nothing is left to chance.

Specialized in industrial machines and auto parts, she has a rare ability to identify the right suppliers and actively defend her clients’ interests. Her field knowledge in Guangzhou is an invaluable competitive advantage for Mijay.
